The main building is three stories high with the two upper residence floors opening to the east onto a central courtyard and a lower floor with an office, storage facilities and an independent two room apartment opening to the west. The Ground Floor has four double bedrooms and one single, two bathrooms, and an auxiliary kitchen. The upstairs has four doubles, two singles, and two bathrooms. Each of these floors has a 250 sq. ft. common corridor.
"La Torre", an apartment over the church/studio has an independent entrance, a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a bathroom. Most of the rooms feature antique furniture tied to the legacy of the buildings and paintings and prints by founder Enza Quargnali and have sweeping vistas of Monte Torre Maggiore and the surrounding foothills of the Appennine mountains.
